Today the theme is race and ethnicity. There will be a zine-making workshop in Room 109A, hosted by AUSD Diversify Our Narrative. Eat your lunch first and then come around 12:55 to give you plenty of time to work on your zine. No materials are necessary, just bring yourself (and a friend).
It’s already the last day of Diversity Week. A huge thank you to everyone who participated in the various activities and leadership, admin, and Ms. A for making it all happen. As we move forward from this week, let’s remember to continue respecting ourselves and each other.
Come dance with us! Auditions for Dance 2 and Advanced Dance 2 will be held after school on Tuesday, March 29 in the Multipurpose Room. Students will learn a short dance combination and then show it in groups. For more information, contact Mrs. Baker. We hope to see you there!
Freshman Forum will be held on Thursday and Friday this week. The library will be used for presentations. No printing will be available during class periods. All library users, please be respectful of the hard work our students have done.

11th grade Financial Aid Night will be held on Wednesday March 30th via zoom. From 7pm to 8:30. Ms. Monique Adorno-Jimenez the College Place Director for Northern California will be presenting. An email with the zoom link was sent to 11th grade students and families on 3/24.

Always wanted to join a hackathon, or have absolutely no idea what it is? Fret not because Programming Club will be hosting AHS' first school-wide hackathon! For more information or if you would like to sign up, find a hackathon flier around the school and scan the QR code. Let’s make it happen!
Bake For Charity is hosting a bake sale today after school in front of the art building. All proceeds will go to Direct Relief, an organization working to provide medical aid to Ukraine.
