General
Seniors: On Wednesday, 10/16, there is a senior advisory meeting with Achievers in the LT regarding cap and gown information.
Tickets for the Homecoming Dance will be sold after school in front of the main building this week. Tickets are $5, and $8 at the door. You must turn in a dance agreement form prior to purchasing your ticket. Guest forms are also available and must be signed by an administrator.
Come to the Homecoming Movie Night Singalong hosted by the choir program! We'll be watching High School Musical at 6:30 in the Little Theater on Wednesday, October 16th. Entry is free, but there will be concessions!
CONGRATULATIONS to the Cougar Lady golfers, who dominated the competition Monday at the TCAL championships! Our girls completed an undefeated league season by defeating second place Jesse Bethel by 48 strokes! The girls move on the NCS Championships next week.
Cougar Pride: Girls Golf went undefeated and won the TCAL championships! Girls Var Volleyball finished 9-1 and won the league! Girls JV Volleyball went 19-4 and undefeated in league! Girls Tennis defeated Jesse Bethel! Cross Country swept their second TCAL meet!
College and Career
Students registered for the PSAT this Saturday must bring their Student ID card, #2 pencils & College Board approved calculator. The test starts at 8:00 am. Please arrive by 7:45 am as latecomers may not be admitted. Test room assignments will be posted by the Counseling Office on Friday, Oct 18th

Interested in joining the AHS Mountain Bike Club racing team? Come with your parents to an orientation meeting *this Thursday* at 7pm in the AHS Library. There will be a presentation about the coming season, and a Q&A. Mountain biking is a super fun sport and community, so check it out!
