• Principal Ritchie's food for thought. This week I was thinking about the amount of work our food service employees in the cafe do everyday. Cooking and serving food for so many in our community, is an important role that we all need to honor. Please speak and act respectfully towards all of our dedicated staff members in the cafeteria and take responsibility for all of your food trash and containers when eating around Albany High School. Thank you!
• The lost and found will be donated to charity next Tuesday, November 8. Check in the attendance office for lost items.
• Seniors have three weeks to order Senior Panoramic pictures. Order forms are in the attendance office and orders must be placed by 11/17.

College and Career

• In next week’s College Visit line-up, we have Grinnell, Cogswell and Washington. Come chat with the person who may be reading your college application. Times and locations are listed in the College Visits section in Naviance and in the Calendar on the AHS website. Space is limited and lists are subject to close at any time so sign-up online today!
• Seniors Free Drop College Application help has started. For the month of November every Monday room 310 after school, Tues/Thurs at lunch in counseling office.

Clubs and Teams

• Cheerleaders can come by the athletic office to get their cheer pictures any day this week at morning break or lunch.
