Senior and Families,

Prestige will be coming to Albany High one last time for the entire week of November 17th! Seniors can now schedule appointments online.  Prestige will be sending new 8-digit codes to seniors that have NOT taken pictures.  However, the website also has a feature for students to look up their 8-digit code if they do not have it.  Please follow the instructions listed below.  If you are not able to access your 8-digit code, call customer service at 1-877-825-7922 (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm) to make an appointment.

While the yearbook pose is offered at no charge, it is not available for selection online and must be requested specifically. To proceed, seniors should select the “Mini Session” option, which is listed at $20. However, they should bypass the payment by selecting the “Pay at Session” option on the payment method page. For your convenience, I’ve attached a screenshot and highlighted the relevant section in yellow.

On picture day, it is essential that the senior informs the customer service representative at check-in that they are only requesting the yearbook pose. This must be communicated before any photos are taken to ensure no charges are incurred for additional poses.

• Go to: https://prestigeportraits.com
• Enter your 8-digit appointment code then select "Go".
• If you do not have a code, enter the city and state of the school, then select your school. After you select your school, enter your first and last name then click "Search".
• You will then see the 8-digit appointment code. Enter the 8-digit code in the appropriate box then click “Go”.
• From there, the students can select the date and time of their appointment. Seniors can also contact Prestige directly at byarea@lifetouch.com or call 1-877-825-7922 (Mon-Friday 9am-4pm) for any questions.
