• Testing Week Modified Schedule May 20-24

  • Monday – Regular schedule

  • Tuesday through Friday
    Juniors start testing at 8:10a; Freshmen, Sophomores and Seniors have a late start: Tue-Thu @ 10:25a and Fri @ 9:55a

• Principal Ritchie's Food for Thought: Pharrell once said, "Collaborate with people you can learn from." We recognize the essential collaboration at AHS with our talented classified staff and the students and school they admirably serve. Join me in honoring them during Classified School Employee Week beginning May 19th. Our para-professionals, cafeteria team, secretaries, custodians, library tech, clerks, athletic director and campus security, are critical and influential contributors to our learning community.

• Seniors: Speakers at Large due date for submission is on Wednesday, May 22nd. Please turn in to the Attendance Office.

College and Career

• Are you taking AP. Bio next year? There is a mandatory lunch meeting Monday May 20 and Tuesday May 21. Please choose ONE of these days. We will be briefly discussing the structure of the course, expectations, and assigning the summer homework. Meeting will begin promptly 10 minutes into lunch. Thanks.

Clubs and Teams

• Support refugees in the bay! Donate household items to the bins in the atrium by May 24. A list of items will be posted around the school.
