General

• The AHS PTSA would love your support by giving back to our community this season with a donation to the Cougar Challenge Giving Campaign! • Sports Basement is inviting Albany High to shop and get a discount when shopping from December 8 - 14th. Take a picture of the flyer in the office for checkout and become a Basementeer for Albany High to receive $$!

• Senior Portrait will take place on December 13th from 3pm to 8pm in the library.

College and Career

• Are you still trying to determine what to do with the rest of your life? Become a RYSing PROfessional and get paid while exploring the 15 major career pathways. This internship's application is due on December 11th.

• A representative from the US Navy will be on campus next week. View details on the AHS website in the General Events calendar. See your Counselor or Ms. Parrott to sign-up. All students must RSVP to attend.

Clubs and Teams

• The Shakespeare Club announces the first annual AHS Shakespeare Competition: Jan. 9 after school, the 1st step in the English Speaking Union’s National Shakespeare Competition. To enter/learn more, contact Colette Kolodny at colettezk23@ausdk12.org
