General

• Seniors: There will be a mandatory Senior meeting today during Advisory in the gym. Please go to your Advisory class first so teacher can take attendance, then go to the gym.
• Senior Portrait retakes will be held in the library on Monday, October 16- Wednesday, October 18. This is the Last Chance for portraits on campus. Please see the attendance office or Ms. Radford in 206 if you are uncertain of your scheduled appointment.

College and Career

• Want a part of $50,000? Apply for a CIEE Global Navigator Gold Scholarship to study abroad this summer! Informational meeting today in Room 213, 4:30 for students and 6:30 for parents and guardians.
• Want to travel during Spring Break? Interested in Environmental Leadership and Cultural Exchange? Attend the Global Student Embassy info session tomorrow at lunch in the CounselingOffice Conference Room.
• Do you need cash for college? If so, you should attend our Free Cash for College event tonight, at 6:30pm in the Library. Space is limited, so register today by going to cash4college.org.
• In today’s college visit line-up we have Macalester College and Mount Holyoke College. Check the whiteboard outside the counseling office for details.

Clubs and Teams

• There will be an informational meeting for everyone interested in participating on the Boys soccer team on Thursday after school in Room 309.
• Online winter sports registration will take place from Oct. 1 at 8am – Nov. 2 at 3pm. If you already played a sport this year, you still need to update your athletic registration for the sport you’d like to play. Don’t forget to upload your medical form to your online account. No hard copies accepted. Online registration can be found at GoAlbanyAthletics.org
• Come on, come all to the BSU meeting today in Room 104. We will be electing our officers. Please come and vote for your leadership team. BSU needs your input and support.
• Best Buddies Club Meeting during lunch in Room 219 on Thursday, October 5th.
• Model UN Club meets Wednesday at lunch in Room 207.
• Unicef Club’s first bake sale today after school in front of the art building, help the recent hurricane victims.
• Come to the first Rock Climbing meeting today in Room 303 at lunch.
