Public Hearing Notice: LCAP, LCAP Annual Update, and Budget Inspection, June 9, 2026 at 7pm

NOTICE OF LCAP, LCAP ANNUAL UPDATE, BUDGET INSPECTION, AND PUBLIC HEARING
June 9, 2026

The Governing Board of the Albany Unified School District will conduct a public hearing on the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), LCAP Annual Update, and Proposed Budget for the 2026-27 fiscal year, in accordance with Education Code sections 42103, 42127, 52060, 52061, and 52062, at its regular Board meeting on June 9, 2026.
The Board meeting is scheduled to convene in Open Session at 7:00 p.m. at Albany City Hall, 1000 San Pablo Avenue, Albany, California. The public hearing will begin shortly thereafter.
The LCAP, LCAP Annual Update, and Proposed Budget for 2026-27 will be available for public inspection beginning June 4, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at the Albany Unified School District Office, 1216 Solano Avenue, Albany, California. These documents will also be available for public review concurrent with the posting of the June 9, 2026 Board meeting agenda on the District website: www.ausdk12.org.
Interested persons may appear before the Governing Board at the public hearing and present comments regarding the proposed LCAP, LCAP Annual Update, and Budget.
