Dear Albany High School Families,

We are excited to share an upcoming parent ed workshop designed specifically for parents of high school students in grades 9–11.

 Date: Monday, May 12, 2026 Time: 7:00–8:00 PM Location: Albany High School Library

"Navigating the Road to Senior Year: Supporting Your Teen's Transition While Managing Your Own" is a free, clinically grounded session facilitated by Sarah Kipnes, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and former School Social Worker.

This workshop will give parents practical tools to stay connected with their teens, manage college-season anxiety, and navigate the emotional challenges that come with this transition — for both you and your student.
