General
  1. Congratulations to the students who auditioned into the ACDA Coastal Region Honor Choir. They were selected out of 400 student auditioners from across the California Coast to participate in this 3-day choral event. Shout out to Frank Goess, Jasmine Khamenian, Isabelle Magid-Kutlin, Claire McNally, James Rainey, Lyle Simmons, Becky Sun, Will Traynor, Michael Wang, and Cindy Zorigt!
  2. Earn points for your class. Come to Homecoming Movie Night to sing along to High School Musical 2 tonight in the Little Theater. 400 points to class with most attendees.
  3. Walk and Roll to School Day is tomorrow. Stop by one of the tables outside the art building or by the bike racks for a baked treat and bead necklace in your class color. Help your class earn homecoming points by walking, biking or skateboarding to school tomorrow, Oct. 20th.
College and Career
  1. In this week’s Admissions Reps visits, we have:

  2. Attention Seniors: Have you thought about taking a Gap Year after high school, but not sure what you want to do with it? Consider about traveling around the world! If this opportunity interests you, sign up with Ms. Parrott in the Counseling Office to visit with Rustic Pathways.
  3. Applications for the District Attorney's Justice Academy are now available. DAJA is a great learning and working experience for those of you interested in pursuing the study of, and/or careers in, politics, social justice, law, and the justice system.   4. Attention College-Bound Seniors: On Wednesday, November 9th @ 6:30p in the Library, we’ll be hosting a Financial Aid Workshop to complete the FAFSA. In order to attend, you must sign-up at bit.ly/C4CatAHS. Space is limited, so sign-up today.
