General

  1. If you like cookies, cupcakes, and other sweets? come to the Knitting Club’s bake sale after school.
  2. To All Clubs: Friday, June 10th is the last day to turn in any deposits and to pay any invoices/reimbursement. I will need to close my books for this school year soon. Thank you, Ms. Salas
  3. Please check the white board outside the counseling office for AP summer work meetings. Note: not all classes hold such meetings. There will also be postings of class list of students who are enrolled in the classes.
  4. Summer school class placements have been posted outside the counseling office.
  5. Extra garbage cans are in the halls for locker cleanup. 9th-11th graders may keep their assigned lockers for next year. Please remove all items from your lockers and leave them locked. Seniors must empty their lockers by Thursday, June 9. You may keep your lock or leave it on the empty locker for reuse ITEMS LEFT IN SENIOR LOCKERS WILL BE DISCARDED AFTER JUNE 13.
College and Career
  1. ​SENIORS please be aware that fines lists can no longer be posted. Please check periodically with the bookroom to be sure you don’t have any as teachers continue to turn in fine cards. There won’t be anyone on site grad night to clear them for you when you come to get your diploma.
  2. Attention Senior Athletes! Are you planning on playing your respective sport in college next year? If so, then please stop by the Athletic Office to give us the details! We want to make sure we recognize all our seniors who plan on playing at the collegiate level. 
  3. The Berkeley Business Academy is looking to introduce youth from around the world to disciplines and skills that make business work. Class projects and presentations give students hands-on experience in a safe learning environment- all on the vibrant UC Berkeley campus.   6. Take a free ACT Practice Test at Albany Library this summer on Wednesday, June 29th, at 12pm-4pm. You'll gain valuable experience taking a full-length mock test under realistic conditions, to better understand the ACT and accurately measure your performance before the actual exam!
