Monday Schedule

General
  1. Any student interested in the Costa Rica trip next summer can attend the meeting with Ms. Ortega in room 211 during lunch, on September 18.
  2. Starting Monday, September 17th, the gym will be open on Mondays and Fridays during lunch for badminton and Wednesdays for basketball. All are welcome!
  3. Students who did not have their picture taken during orientation will be sent for on Thursday, September 20 to have a picture taken. If you wish to order a picture packet please pick up an order form in the Attendance Office and bring it to the photographer with payment on September 20. If you got a packet and wish to retake your photo you must return the original packet to the photographer.
  4. Students who ordered pictures at orientation may pick up their picture packets in the Attendance Office at break, lunch, or after school.
College/Career
  1. Seniors please join us on for College Application Night where we will talk about all that you need to know in order to apply to the CSU, UC and Private universities. The college application night will be on September 20th in the little theater from 7pm to 8:30pm. We look forward to seeing you there.

Club/Team Announcements
  1. Math Club Tuesday at lunch in Rm 205.
  2. Read a good book recently? Come to the library at lunch today for an exclusive pre- Club Rush sneak peak of Book Addicts Anonymous. Meet by the comfy chairs.
  3. For all clubs that want to participate on Club Rush Day, please go down to the attendance office to sign up your club by Tuesday, 9/18.
  4. Debate Club -- Monday at lunch in Rm. 201. There will also be a prep session after school on Monday. All those interested in competing in the Oct 6 tournament here at Albany High should attend.
  5. Tonight is the second official meeting for Youth & Government. If you have an interest in speech, debate, legislation or networking with 3,000 other California high school students, come to the YMCA on Solano and Cornell at 7:30.
