  1. COMEDIAN HOST WANTED!  Are you good with jokes, catch phrases or simply talking?  There is an opportunity for you to host an Albany City Festival event this May!  Drop by the band room next Friday, 11/22, for more information!
  2. Albany buildOn is having a phone drive!  Old or broken phones are accepted.  What are you going to do with them anyway?  Donate to help us build a school in Nicargua!  Donation bins will be in the main office and the library.
  3. All students traveling with Ms. DeHart to Italy in February – brief meeting Friday, 11/15, at lunch in Rm 215.  Flight info available.  All students interested in trip to Europe in 2015 please come to an informational meeting today at lunch in Rm 215.
  4. If you are artsy, crafty or otherwise gifted in design and need cash, head to Rm 202.  The Venture store is now accepting submissions for craft items to sell on commission.  We are also offering discounts on class color gear.  We have bandanas, bow ties, beads, etc – be prepared for next year.
  1. Do you need help with your CSU, UC and private applications? Ms. A will be in Rm 310 Mondays from 3:30 to 5pm to help you with your college application.
  1. Are you planning on playing on a winter sports team and have not turned in your Athletic Clearance Paperwork? If so, today is the last day to be added to a winter sports team roster. If you are currently playing on a Fall Sports team, you only need to submit an updated Athletic Clearance Checklist Form, but it needs to be turned in today.  Everyone should submit their Clearance Packets to the Main Office. 
  2. Come join the League of Legends Club in Rm 311 today!  We recently received a $400 prize package from Riot Games.  Beginners are welcome.
  3. Art Club meets Fridys at lunch in Ms. Tremblay’s Rm 128 in the art building.  We will be planning this quarter’s studio night!
  4. Gaming club meeting today in the Library!  Lunchtime!  See Anthony for questions.
  5. Chinese Cultures Club meets Monday, 11/18  Lunch  Rm 211.  New members welcome!
  1. Faculty: The "Secrets" assembly for 9th and 10th graders is this Friday during 4th period.  All 9th and 10th grade teachers should take roll at the beginning of 4th and then take your students to the gym for the assembly. If you have a mixed class with fewer 9th and 10th graders, you can send them on their own.  The assembly will last all of 4th period.
