Block B Schedule
  1. Book Addicts Anonymous proudly announces the winner of the 42nd Annual Library Games: Dr. John Watson of the Mystery genre!
  2. Current 9th-11th grade students: Are you interested in taking a community college course this summer? Then please attend the informational meeting in little theater today at lunch. Counselors will be going over what forms you need to fill out and answering any questions you may have.
  3. This is the last week of Children’s Hospital Book Drive!  Please bring in books by the end of this week and place them in the box at the atrium.  Both old and new books are welcomed and will be given directly to patients.
  4. Juniors and Seniors: Looking for a great internship this summer? Kaiser Permanente is offering a paid internship this summer. You must be able to work from June 17th until August 9th.  Please come into the counseling office to pick up an application. The packet is due April 26th. 
  5. AP students per-registration will be Tuesday April 23rd and April 24th in the Little Theater at lunch. You must attend a session if you are taking an AP exam.
  6. Seal of Biliteracy: Class of 2013 - Do you speak 2 or more languages?  If so, you may qualify for the State Seal of Biliteracy, an honor that is listed on your transcript and indicated on your diploma.  Please see your language teacher for more information or get the application form from the Counseling Office.  They are due on April 29.
Clubs and Teams
  1. Tea Club will meet in Rm 208 at lunch today with chai tea and snicker doodles.
  2. Key Club meeting today at lunch in Rm 302.
  3. Interested in playing women’s lacrosse?  Come to the practice today at 3:30 at Memorial Field.  Practices will be every Tuesday at 3:30 at Memorial Field.  Sticks will be provided – hope to see you there.
  4. The Mural Project Club will be meeting at lunch in room 111. There are only a few more meetings until the mural is to be completed, so if you would like to contribute, join in during lunch!
  5. The Ocean Protection League will meet today at lunch in Rm 304.  See you there.
  1. Please release the Varsity Baseball team at 2:00 on Wednesday April 10 for their league game at Salesian High School; game time is at 3:45pm. Go Cougars!
